The new module desires to explore food culture as a cultural good in the past, present and future, illuminating connections and relationships between the diverse fields of agriculture, art, literature, science, health, education, philosophy and politics. Inés Lauber and Kit Schulte kicked off this think tank presenting a playful installation of [edible] artefakts, representing an initial brainstorm session to capture the many cultural, social and economic cross points of this very existential human need.
